A simple guide to explain how the project works
We understand just how busy schools and PTAs are so we have made our yearbook ordering really easy and hassle free for schools, clubs and nurseries. We have a number of easy to use drag and drop online templates to customise or send us your own designs. Our Step By Step guide below explains how it works.
We will set you up with a free Canva account and supply you with a number of online templates. You simply drag and drop your photos and text content into a large number of page layouts to create your yearbooks. It's incredibly easy and you'll be creating and customising your unique designs in minutes. You'll also be given access to a few 1 minute videos to help you on your way. We're here every step of the way to call or email should you need any advice or help. Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own design programs you can send us your artwork instead. All our printing and binding is completed in house to ensure our highest standards. We offer the following A4 binding options:
We offer two ways to order your yearbooks. The first option is the school or PTA place an order for the whole school. The more copies you order, the greater the discount we can offer. The second option is the parents order and pay online individually. This means the school does not need to handle any money. We would discuss with the school to get an idea of the likely number of orders and work out a price per book based on the anticipated quantities. There would be an ordering window of around two weeks for the parents to place their orders. Once the window is closed we would begin production of the yearbooks.
The production of the yearbooks takes approximately 4 weeks. This would be from the time the school places the full order or the parent ordering window is closed. Whichever ordering option is chosen, the yearbooks are then delivered directly to the school to distribute. We have created a number of FAQs for more information.
